Most invoicing tools are built for accountants, not for the freelancer who just finished a project and needs to send a clean PDF tonight. They're slow, complex, and expensive — and their free tiers are locked behind signups, ads, and feature gates that make the product feel hostile to the very people it claims to help.

The name comes from the word for invoice in over 20 languages — faktur, faktura, factura, fatura, fattura, facture — all from the same Latin root factura. It's a global tool for a global workforce.
What Fakturu does
Fakturu generates four types of professional business documents: invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery notes. Every document is rendered as a polished PDF with your logo, company details, line items, taxes, and payment information — all in the format your clients expect.

Create a quotation, convert it to a proforma, then to an invoice — all with one click, carrying your line items across. The Telegram bot
Our most unique feature is the Telegram AI bot. Connect your Fakturu account, then send a message like "invoice Sammy 5 logo designs at $800 each USD" and the bot creates a professional invoice and sends back the PDF — in under 5 seconds, without opening a browser. It matches your saved clients and products, asks for confirmation when unsure, and handles multiple currencies.

The core generator is free forever for guests — no sign-up, no watermark, no limits on downloads. Free accounts save up to 5 documents and get 10 Telegram AI documents per month. We show unobtrusive ads on the free tier to cover infrastructure costs.
Paid plans start at $9/month (Starter) and remove ads, unlock 10 premium PDF templates, give you unlimited document storage, and provide unlimited Telegram AI usage. Business and Company plans add team members, email delivery, revenue reports, and API access.
